If you're using a Macintosh to process your bulk e-mail, then
you're probably getting pretty tired of cutting and pasting in all
those names and addresses and customizing each message by hand.
That's why we developed eMerge.
eMerge is a self-contained Macintosh application that lets you create
an e-mail form letter, customize it automatically for everyone on your
mailing list, and send it directly to their Internet mail servers. You
can use our built-in tools to create a list of names, e-mail addresses,
and other variables; or import all the information you need from your
existing database.
Everyone gets their own personal message, addressed only to them.
One of Galleon's first beta testers was a Macintosh developer who used eMerge
right away to send product upgrade announcements to their customers. They
needed their messages to include each customer's serial number and mailing
address, but they also wanted the messages to have that personal touch.
You, of course, could also use eMerge to:
-- send product announcements and customized upgrade offers
-- send personal reports to your customers or your students
-- send your invoices by e-mail
-- quickly create personal answers to sales and support questions
-- pull people to your web site
-- create customized promotions and special offers
If you are interested or know someone who would be, you can check out
the demo we've included on this CD-ROM, or you can purchase eMerge
online through our website at <http://www.galleon.com>.
And if you have any questions or comments, please drop me a line.
